Gallun Gardens is a planned 5.68-acre mixed-use development located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the Milwaukee River, less than a mile north of the central business district.

With over 1000 feet of river frontage and steps from dense residential and the eclectic Brady Street neighborhood, Gallun Gardens presents an urban planner’s dream: the last large urban tract in an already revitalized neighborhood.

The first phase will consist of a state of the art retail and commercial office building, designed by the Engberg Anderson Design Partnership (EADP), a full service architecture firm located in Milwaukee. The lead architect on this project, Mark Ernst, understands Gallun Gardens’ history and potential, and has over 25 years experience designing green spaces. Mark is very active in urban design issues. He is LEED certified, and is a member of the Congress for New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute. He is also the President of the Wisconsin Trust for Historic Preservation. Recent EADP projects include the Historic Third Ward Market and Riverwalk in Milwaukee (which won the 2007 National AIA Award for Regional and Urban Design), the Kenosha Art Museum and the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield, WI.

We will keep you posted on our progress!  Please contact us at info@tanesay.com if you have comments and/or are interested in having your home or office in this exciting new part of Milwaukee!
